Inventory Policy:

There will be occasions where the item you ordered is out of stock. This item may not have been available either when you ordered it originally, or another customer’s order placed ahead of yours may have depleted the available inventory.  In this case, you will receive an e-mail notifying you of the circumstances.  We apologize for this inconvenience.

Return Policy:

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original shipping date and should be sent prepaid. We will not accept CODs. All merchandise returned must be unworn and in perfect condition. Packing slips are required for all returns. Indicate on the back of your invoice form the reason of your return so we can serve you better in the future. We recommend you to send the package back to us via traceable carrier and to insure the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for missing packages. Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/refunds are processed. We will not be able to process your exchange without having your original order back to us. In case merchandise is not available for exchange, you will be reimbursed. We will refund the credit card you use for the original purchase for the purchase price of the merchandise, excluding shipping cost. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

Once the order is placed, it will be shipped usually the next business day if item is not on back order , but no later than 3 business days. Once item(s) have shipped you will get a Email confirming your item(s) have shipped.
